All Deer hunts are guided, 4 days and include lodging and full board on site in our spacious lodge, each is described in detail below.
Nestled in scenic west central Missouri lies the legendary and picturesque Tonderosa Ranch. Originally the Peabody Coal Mine until the 1950's this unique property totally dedicated to hunting supports excellent quality Whitetails, Eastern Turkey, waterfowl and small game. The abundant deer population is supported on both mature old growth soft and hard mast crops, along with surrounding grain fields. Several locations have never been hunted by the public before, and only recently have been accessed by a new road and bridge. All hunting blinds & ladders are elevated, a safe distance from other hunters, with wide access to deer feeding and bedding areas.

The Missouri BP season is unique to say the least! Traditional BP weapons are allowed along with ALL handguns including AR type handguns making the BP hunt nearly as effective as the rifle portion. It's late in the year beginning at Christmas and going a full week. The deer have settled down after the rifle hunt and this can be a very productive time to hunt. Hunts will begin at noon on arrival day then 3 full days of hunting concluding with a final day morning hunt and check out at 1 PM. The hunts include guide, meals, trophy handling and full board lodging.
